Elderly Daycare Center of Aparecida

Created to promote health and quality of life for people in the best age, the Center offers physical, social, cultural, recreational, vocational, occupational and leisure activities. The center is equipped with modern infrastructure and a policy of assistance to the elderly, integrating various departments and it also has an aim to improve the quality of life of the elderly.
The Elderly Daycare Center of Aparecida aims to bring benefits and quality of life for the elderly. The actions are coordinated between the Secretariat of Culture, Youth, Sports, Leisure and Health, State University of Amazonas and Technology Education Center of the Amazon.
The Elderly Center was built in Rua de Matos Wilkens s / n º - Aparecida, an area of more than four thousand square meters, where it functioned for several decades a sawmill. The complex has an area for walking, gym, games room (billiards, chess, checkers, dominoes), exercise room, snack bar, pool to aerobics, theater with proscenium arch, computer centers, library, restrooms, reading rooms courses, beauty and cooking.
